Nick is the Founder of Integrated Benefit Services (IBS), now Pentra. He founded the company with a mission to develop, manage, and improve employee benefit programs, so employers can focus more on their core business.

Gordon is the President of Pentra. He is accountable to the firm’s clients and its leadership team to drive the highest level of performance in all aspects of the business. Gordon has experience in all aspects of benefit plan design, funding, administration and communication.

Clint has been a Principal at Pentra since 1999. Clint has taken a leadership role driving innovation and client strategy for Pentra. This includes developing progressive plan designs and creative contribution strategies to drive employee behavior. He has been a national thought leader in helping to anticipate both the short and long term impact of health care reform.
