Step Beyond Your Busy Mind

Using Thoughts Instead of Letting Thoughts Use You

Pentra welcomes Cara Bradley, speaker, entrepreneur, mental strength coach and author, as we discover (or reinforce) how to step beyond our chronically busy minds and shift into a more powerful way to communicate and create. In this session, you’ll experiment with practices and strategies to become more familiar with mindfulness.

You’ll explore how over-thinking and over-doing may be distorting your ability to lead and manage, and how stillness and silence opens you to experiencing your natural alertness and aliveness. Cara will demystify meditation and explain simple ways to incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily life at home and at work.
